These moments with your young family are fleeting. This season of life is so short despite the days feeling so long. I do not want scheduling a photo session to be just another burden on your long list of to-dos so that is exactly why I created this seamless experience. Wardrobe Styling
the studio closet
Shopping for the right outfits is not only stressful, but expensive. As your photographer, I alleviate that stress by including access to the studio closet for all of my sessions. The closet has something for everyone… countless dresses for momma, henley shirts for dad, boutique outfits for babies, and even a limited selection of clothes for older kids. This way, you can show up to your shoot in sweats if you wanted to! You can try on everything while you are here.
The Studio
in Bridgewater nj
The Megan Curren Photography studio is located in a separate area of her Bridgewater NJ home and has its own dedicated entrance and restroom, and provides a comfortable cozy and safe environment for sessions. It is a family friendly studio with toys for all ages, diapers, wipes and lollipops if needed for the older sibling! All props that you see in my portfolio are available for use during your studio session.
Session Styling
All sessions are custom designed to your preferences via a questionnaire and an extensive studio closet of all newborn and baby accessories including blankets, wraps, headbands, bonnets, outfits and props so you do not need to bring anything.
Prepping your family
An extensive prep guide to help get your family ready for the shoot is sent in advance of all shoots! Sibling (even canine siblings), parent, and family photos can be included in all sessions.
Hair & Makeup Artist
It’s hard to get yourself ready with a family to care for. My go-to hair and makeup artist can meet you at the studio or at your home!
Album & Wall Art Design Services
All sessions include digital images but I know that the task of getting your photos on your walls and in your hands is overwhelming, especially in this season of life. I can personally design album and wall art options for you with the beautiful images from your session. An online shop after your session for you to view products is available to all sessions.
Digital Images
We live in a digital world, where sharing on social media and having a digital archive of photos are important to us. That is why digital images are included with all sessions.
The Artwork
I understand the excitement of sharing your family portraits online and having digital copies of your photos, but that is no way to preserve your family legacy. I have created a full-service studio that helps you get your images off your phone and into your home. You want your family to see their faces in photos around your home, not just on a screen. I make sure my clients not only have the digital photos from their session, but have the option to order tangible artwork like frames and albums they can give their children and grandchildren to be passed on for generations to come. Because phones and hard drives will not do that for you! And best yet… with zero extra work on your part.
